Dargaville.Thomas Griffiths, missing, has been found dead. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 5.)

Auckland. — Frank Bailer, alias Bailor, alias Doune, escaping from prison, &c., has been arrested by the Gisborne, Whakatane, and Opotiki police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, pages 427 and 441.)

Auckland. — Christopher Howe Nicholson, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 379.)

Tuakau.Thomas Percy Timmins, false pretences, has been arrested by the Tuakau and Mercer police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 380.)

Cambridge. — Downey, theft, has been arrested by the Tuakau and Mercer police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 400.)

Rotorua.—Granville Hunt, alias Walter Hume-Jones, false pretences, has been arrested by the Rotorua and Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette. 1923, page 469.)

Gisborne.Frank McDonald, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Rotorua police. ' (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 465, and 1923, page 175.)

Gisborne.— Frederick Blacklidge, alias John Lascelies, alias J. Lloyd, alias Archibald George Thompson, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Te Aroha police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 296.)

Stratford and Feilding. — Jack Orbell, alias Reginald Arthur Borland, alias Michael Montefiore, alias Arthur Grant, false pretences, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 470.)
