Dargaville. — Keith Tasman Scoles, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 295.)

Auckland. John Shaw, failing to provide : Warrant can celled. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 365.)

Auckland. — Edward Lowery George, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 348.)

Taihape. Thomas Henry Tidd, failing to maintain, has been located by the Picton police. He had assumed the name Cuthbert. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 487.)

Hawera. John Howard William Tapp, alias J. Ross, forgery and uttering, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 348.)

Wanganui. — William James Withey, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 25.)

Waipukurau. — Robert Shiel, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Te Karaka police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 148.)
