May last, for attempted buggery with Oswald Maurice, schoolboy, 18 Norman Street, Man (name unknown), age about thirty, height about 5 ft. 5 in., strong build, ruddy complexion, long prominent chin, clean-shaved ; dressed in a grey suit and cap. Whilst in George Street about 9.30 p.m. on above date Oswald Maurice was forced by accused into the bush at the roadside, where the offence was committed. No warrant.

Auckland. March last, for indecent exposure, Man (name unknown), age about thirty, tall, medium build, sallow complexion, dark long hair ; dressed in a grey suit and cap. In Richmond Road, about 7.15 p.m. on above date, accused indecently exposed himself within the view of Elsie Helen Moyle, schoolgirl. No warrant. (See following paragraph.)
