Auckland. Alfred Crew, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland police. Ho is identical with Patrick Clune, alias ciunes, alias Reilly, referred to in Police Gazette, 1920, page 673. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 739.)

Onehunga. — John McLean, alias Leslie, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount duo to the Dargavillc police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 432.)

Bull’s. — Charles Ellery, incest, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 3.)

Palmerston North. Robert Ferguson Hay, alias William Healey, theft, has been arrested by the Hamilton Police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 414.)

Palmerston North. John Molloy, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 190.)

Carterton. Leo Francis McGrath, default of fine, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 26.)

Wellington. — Charles Patrick McCarthy, default of fin and costs, has been arrested by the Taranaki Street (Wei* lington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 740.)
