Auckland. — Robert Cutts, failing to maintain : No further action to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 581.)

Auckland. — H. Tyson, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland police. His correct name is Albert Henry Tyson. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 69.)

Auckland. — Peter Paul Moran, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Huntly Police. (See Police Gazette 1922, page 27.)

Thames. Tom Murawai, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Ohaeawai police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 112.)

Gisborne. — John Francis O’Kane, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 668.)

New Plymouth. — T. S. Holland, ship-desertion, has been arrested by the New Plymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 496.')

■ Ohakune. — Wotherspoon, indecent act, has been served with a summons by the Tinui police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 253, and following paragraph.)

Mount Cook. — James Lamont Wotherspoon, missing, has been located by the Tinui police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 718, and preceding paragraph.)

Masterton. Alexander Wallace Copley, alias Taylor, theft, has been interviewed by the Palmerston North Police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 706.)
