SPECIAL NOTICE.
Attempted Arson.
Ohakune. —About 11.45 p.m. on 'the 22nd ultimo an attempt was made to set on fire a shop, the property of Alfred Marsh, ironmonger. Small pieces of wood saturated with kerosene were placed against the wall of the building and ignited. Any information regarding the offence is to be communicated to the Inspector of Police, Wanganui.
