Grey Lynn. —l9th May last, from O’Halloran’s stables, the property of GEORGE THOMPSON, circus hand, a pair of long-hair Angora-goat-skin pull-on leggings; value, £4. Identifiable. Suspicion is attached to George Hellier, age nineteen, height about 5 ft. 7 in., slight build, fair' hair and complexion ; employed by Webb’s circus^y - £)/»

Auckland. —On or about the 22nd April last, from REUBEN ARTHUR DEXTER’S garage in Albert Street, a 6-volt Willrad service battery, “ No. 2823 ” on top and “ J.R.N.4 — 5377076 ”on end value, £lB. Identifiable.

Cambridge.— Between the 15th and 23rd July last, from a section at Te Miro, the property of ALFRED ERNEST JAMIESON, Te Miro, a white Holstein heifer with red ears, a red-and-white-spotted Shorthorn-Ayrshire heifer; three black Jersey heifers ; a black Holstein heifer, right hip has been injured ; a -and-white Shorthorn heifer ; a yellow-and-white Shorthorn heifer; all rising two years and all branded with A 1 under crescent on one side of rump and V over crescent on the other :.Total value, £BO. Hamilton. 2sth ultimo, from a shed at the High School, the property of WILFRED JULL, Te Rapa, a gentlemen’s black-enamelled 24 in. Raleigh bicycle, No. 304168, one grip, nickel rims, Eadie Coaster hub, " rat-trap pedals, steel mudguards ; value, £6. Identifiable.

Hastings. —27th ultimo, from Heretaunga Street, the property of HENRY THOMAS BATTERSHILL, Prospect Road, a gentlemen’s black-enamelled bicycle, wide straight handles (right grip missing), new front forks, front rim cracked, one spoke missing from front wheel; value, £5. Identifiable.

Waifukurau. —6th instant, from motor-buses in a yard at the Tavistock Hotel, the property of DAWBER MOTOR COMPANY, Palmerston North, eight cases of Plume motorspirits ; total value, £l4. Identifiable.

Foxton. —13th ultimo, from Main Street, the property of MALCOLM SMITH, farmer, Marotiri, a gentlemen’s Red Bird bicycle, No. 68403 (grips missing), rat-trap pedals, Hercules hub, back-pedalling brake ; value, £lO. Identifiable.

Taranaki Street (Wellington). —On or about the 19th ultimo, from the person of JOHN CAROLAN, while under the influence of liquor, between Manners Street and his residence at 121 Ghuznee Street, a gentlemen’s silver hunting English lever watch, No. 126867 ; and a 15 ct. gold fetter double watch-chain, similar to illustration No. 20 in Police Gazette, 1911, page 2, with a George 111 sovereign attached: total value, £ls.
