Hobart (Tasmania). —22nd January last, 'on warrant for deserting his wife and three children, Cyril Powell Finlayson, age thirty, height 5 ft. 10 in., medium build, dark complexion, dark-brown curly hair, hazel eyes, prominent nose, right middle finger amputated at' first joint; usually dressed in a dark-grey or blue suit.
