He is supposed to be of weak intellect. Accused, who stayed at the Commercial Private Hotel, Mamaku, and occupied the same room as a man who gave the name K. Wilson, purchased a horse from Wilson for £2O, in payment for which he gave a valueless cheque. Wilson passed the cheque to Louis Norman Jones, proprietor of the hotel, who cashed it.
