APPREHENSIONS, PERSONS FOUND, ETC.

Auckland.—Sydney Seymour Eyre murdered : Samuel John Thorne, alias Thorn, has been arrested for this offence by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 541.)

Auckland. — Thomas Cox, default of .fine and costs, has been found drowned. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 569.)

New Plymouuh.— Rowland Tallis Eager, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the New Plymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 582.)

Waver ley. Thomas Duggan, breach of First Offenders’ Probation Act, has paid the amount due to the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page. 46.)

Carterton.— Robert Alexander Hogg, failing to maintain, has been served with a summons by the Tinui police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, pages 310 and 372.)

. Wellington. — Thomas Ede, default of maintenance, has paid the amount due to the Nelson police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 570.)

Wellington. Reginald William Norman, alias William Reginald Norman, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 582.)

Wellington. — Arthur Blackett, alias Lovett, fail ing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police (See Police Gazette, 1917, page 585.)

Wellington. — George Thomas Florance, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Kawakawa police. He had assumed the name George Thomas. (See Police Gazette, 1919, page 782.)

Wellington.— Stanley Reginald Harvey, theft, has been arrested by the Napier police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 558.)

Christchurch.— Kyra Margaret Danis, inquired for, has been located by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1919, page 765.)

Christchurch.— Charles Isaacs, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 283.)

Methyen.— Thomas Sullivan, deserting from Expeditionary Force, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. He had assumed the name Thomas Henderson. (See Police Gazette, 1918, page 404.)

Perth (Australia). James Maher, murder, has been arrested by the Sydney and West Australian police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 546.)
