Association Buildings in Percy Street, the property of ALFRED RIPPON, 90 Cornwall Street, a gentlemen’s free-wheel Argyle bicycle, No. 34383, black grips, new studded tire on front wheel, plain tire on back wheel, parcel-carrier and mud-guards attached ; value, £lO. Wellington.— 29th ultimo, from a bedroom at the Post Office Hotel, the property of CATHERINE ALICE ROLFE, 317 Ferguson Street, Palmerston North, a light-grey Aus-tralian-fox necklet, with brown-satin lining, full round neck, head and a tail on right shoulder, two paws and a tail on left side ; value, £ls. Identifiable. Suspicion is attached to Joseph James Carr, age twenty-six, height 5 ft. 9£in., labourer and upholsterer, native of New Zealand, medium build, pale complexion, dark-brown hair, grey eyes. The two-tooths are branded with a red and a black dot, about 1 in. apart on left shoulder, and the four-tooths are similarly branded on left ribs ; total value, £IBO. Identifiable.
