EXTRACT FROM NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

(From New Zealand Gazette, 1919, page 2434.) Prohibiting the Importation into New Zealand of certain Publications. LIVERPOOL, Governor-General. By his Deputy, ROBERT STOUT, ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-second day of July, 1919. Present : His Excellency the Governor-General in Council. TIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion JCjL of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section fortysix of the Customs Act, 1913, and section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Amendment Act, 1915, doth hereby prohibit the. importation into New Zealand of the publications named cr described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE. The periodical publication called “ The International; the Organ of the International Socialist League (5.A.),” published at Johannesburg.
