Maungaturoto. —loth ultimo, on military warrant for failing to parade for medioal examination, Arthur Eriksen, age thirty-two, height 4 ft. in., driver and jockey, native of New Zealand, small feet; usually wears bell-bottom trousers.

Warkw t orth. — loth ultimo, on military warrant for failing to parade for medical examination, Benjamin McKenzie Smith, age twenty-three, height 5 ft. 3 in., labourer.

Freeman’s Bay.— 4th ultimo, on military warrant for deserting from Expeditionary Force, Ernest Harold McLean, age thirty-one, height 5 ft. in., carpenter, medium build, brown hair and complexion, blue eyes, tattooed on left arm.

Queen Street Wharf (Auckland). Giorgi Francisco Schrembri, failing to parade for medical examination : It has now been ascertained that offender’s correct name is Giorgi Francisco Schembri. (See Police Gazette, 1918, page 44.)

Queen Stbeet Whare (Auckland). —10th ultimo, on military warrant for failing to parade for medical examination, Frank Stewart, age thirty-six, height, 5 ft. 4 in., seaman.

Paeboa. —2nd March last, on military warrant for deserting from Expeditionary Force, James Thomas Corbett, age twenty-nine, height 5 ft. 6£in., bushman, native of New Zealand, medium build, dark complexion, dark-brown hair, hazel eyes, scar above left eye and on right cheek, left ring-finger stiff.

Mobeinsville.—2oth July last, on military v/arrant for failing to parade for medical examination, Bawe Tukorehu, aboriginal.

Kawhia.—2sth July last, on military warrant for failing to parade for medical examination, Rene Ponui, age twenty-eight, height 5 ft. 11 in., cook, aboriginal, medium build, copper complexion, black hair, brown eyes.

Gisbobne. — Ernest Frederick Lehndorf, failing to parade for medical examination: Accused is identical with man of same name referred to in Police Gazette, 1914, page 510, and Photographs, page 36. (See Police Gazette, 1918, page 550.)

Raetihi. — Benjamin Henry Spargs, failing to parade for medical examination: It has now been ascertained that offender’s oorrect name is Benjamin Henry Spargo. (See Police Gazette, 1918, page 538.)

Napier.—loth ultimo, on military warrant for failing to parade for medical examination, William Alfred Fleming, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. 8 in., porter, slight build, fair complexion, flaxen hair, grey eyes.

Napieb.— 10th ultimo, on military warrant for failing to parade for medical examination, Percy Simpkins, age twenty-five, height 5 ft. 5 in., labourer.
