Auckland.- Since the sth ultimo, Clara Moore, age forty-four, height about sft. Bin., slight build, fresh complexion, dark hair; dressed in a dark Paisley voile dress and brown hat. She may have with her a brown-leather bag. Fears are entertained for her safety. Inquiry by her husband, William Moore, Wilson Street, Ellerslie.
Gisborne.—Since the 30th ultimo, Herbert Heaney, age thirty-seven, height 5 ft. 6 in., butcher, native of New Zealand, dark complexion, dark wavy hair, brown eyes, scar over one eye, scars about mouth; usually dressed in a dark suit and dark-felt soft hat; neat appearance; quiet disposition. Fears are entertained for his safety. Inquiry by his mother, Mrs. Donald Gordon, Te Arai Valley.
Dunedin. —Since the 10th instant, John Mowbray Rodgers, age thirty-seven, height about 5 ft. 6in., native of New Zealand, fresh complexion, fair hair turning grey, grey eyes, clean-shaved, tattooed on arms ; usually dressed in a grey-tweed suit, white muffler, black Dr. Jim hat, and black boots. Inquiry by his mother, Matilda Rodgers, 107 Hanover Street.
Invercargill.—Since the 18th March last, William Howie, age twenty-six, height about 6 ft., sailmaker and soldier, native of Scotland, slight build, fresh complexion ; smart appearance. He left the Empire Hotel, Wellington, on the evening of the 18th March last to travel by the s.s. “ Willochra ” to Lyttelton. 'Fears are entertained for his safety. Inquiry by his father, Andrew Robertson Howie, 60 Morton Road, Georgetown.
