Auckland.— On the 3rd ultimo, GILBERT CASEY’S dwelling at 22 Edendale Road, Mount Eden, was broken into, and a gold bird-claw tie pin, set with a large pearl in claws, value £lO 10s. (identifiable), stolen therefrom.

Hamilton. —16th ultimo, from Collingwood Street, the property of LANCE BRODIE, railway employee, a gentlemen’s black-enamelled bicycle, straight handles with darkgreen grips (one missing), back-pedalling brake, steel mudguards (new one on front wheel), tape loops on each axle ; value, £5. Timaru. —Between the Ist March last and 11th ultimo, from a paddock on the main road, the property of FREDERICK HENRY BUCKLEY, Cattle Valley, 165 halfbred two-, four-, six-, and eight-tootu ewes, branded DX in red on near shoulder, and earmarked differently, some with a fore quarter out of right ear and a slit in left ear, some with a fore quarter out of each ear, and others with a fore quarter out of right ear and fore bit out of left ear ; total value, £302 10s.
