Avondale.—2sth October last, on military warrant for failing to parade for medical examination, Arthur Wilton, age twenty-nine, height 5 ft. 8 m., miner.

Queen Street Wharf (Auckland). Gordon Reid, failing to parade for medical examination : The following further description of accused has been supplied by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police : Sallow complexion, fair hair, blue eyes ; quiet disposition. Waverley.— 2sth October last, on military warrant for failing to parade for medical examination, William Edward Brown, age twenty-three, jockey, native of New Zealand, strong build, fresh complexion, light-brown hair; dull intellect; an ex-Weraroa boy.

Waipawa. —6th October last, on military warrant for escaping from the detention barracks at Wellington, Harry Alexander Donghi, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. B£in., farmer, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, dark-brown hair, brown eyes.

Upper Hutt. —l9th November last, on military warrant for deserting from Expeditionary Force, William Holihan, age thirty three, height 5 ft. 7fin., farm labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, dark complexion, dark-brown hair, blue eyes, operation-scar on left groin. Next-of-kin, Martha Holihan (wife), Eketahuna. He was last employed by J. Donaldson, Rangioutu.
