Auckland.— -19th ultimo, on warrant of commitment to Auckland Prison for two months in default of paying £SO 15s. fine and costs for keeping a gaming-house, Arthur Bernard Byrnes, alias Ormond Arthur Byrne, age twenty-four, height 5 ft. sJin., clerk, native of Australia, medium build, fresh oomplexion, dark hair, blue eyes, scar on left cheek and on throat.
