Whakatane. —MANUHERI TIAKI REWIRI'S horses have been recovered, and William Lane, alias Hyland, and J. Scrimgeour, arrested for the offence by the Onehunga, Auckland, and Whakatane police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 621.)
Kaiapoi.— FßANK MILES’S bicycle has been found not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 6.)
Christchurch. —RlCHAßD GREY’S overcoat has been recovered by the Christchurch p dice, and Daisy Hobson, alias Walquest, alias Watson, alias Hodgson, alias Walker, alias Margaret Walquest, referred to in Police Gazette, 1916, page 639, arrested for the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 622.)
