Auckland. Arthur Michael Conza, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 411.)

Te Aroha.— Richard Frith, breach of the peace, has been served with a summons by the Newton police. (See Police Gazette , 1916, page 374.)

Tauranga. — Alexander McPhail, carnal knowledge, has been arrested by the Tauranga police. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 359.)

Ohakunk. — James Hannan, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Sydenham police. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 76.)

Napier. — F. Stayner, false pretences, has been arrested by the Wellington police. He is identical with Frederick Logan, alias Marshall, &c., referred to in Police Gazette, 1916, page 82. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 358, and following paragraphs.)

Taumarunui. —Frank Anderson, alias Martin, alias Stayner, alias Marshall, false pretences, has been arrested by the Wellington police. Blenheim. Frank Marsden, alias L. Marshall, false pretences, has been arrested by the Wellington police. He is identical with Frederick Logan, alias Marshall, referred to in Polj.ce Gazette, 1916, page 82. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 374, and preceding paragraphs.)

Mangaweka. — W. Pulford, obscene language, has been served with a summons by the Feilding police. His correct name is Ernest George Pulford. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 34.)

Levin. — Albert Leader, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears into Court. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 266.)

Masterton.— George Ephraim Graham, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Manaia police. He had assumed the name Joe Armstrong. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 412.)

Featherston. John Robert McGregor, deserting from Expeditionary Force, has returned to camp. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 268.) (C.R. 16/11.)

Wellington. — Yictor Emanuel Scoullar, default of fine and costs, was accidentally killed in Wellington on the 12th instant. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 340.)

Rangiora.— William Leonard Campbell, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Sumner police. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 68 )
