Queen Street Wharf (Auckland). — Since the 14th January last, Matey or Mati, age sixteen, height 5 ft. 9 in., labourer, native of Cook Islands, copper complexion, black hair; dressed in grey jacket and trousers and green soft-felt hat. Inquiry by W. H. Grove, general merchant, Custom Street West.
Thames. Since the 9th instant, Arthur James Hansen, age twenty-eight, height about 5 ft. 10 in., farmer, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, lightbrown hair, blue-grey eyes, large hands ; dressed in a darktweed suit with green stripes, brown blocked leggings, and cap. Fears are entertained for his safety. Inquiry by Mrs. George Goodwin, Totara, Thames.
Wellington. Since the 13th instant, Cora Grace Robinson, age seventeen, height 5 ft. 2in., domestic, native of New Zealand, pale complexion, fair hair, grey eyes, full bust; may be dressed in a blue-print costume or white-serge skirt and blouse, black shoes and stockings, emerald-green coat with velvet collar, and black-straw hat trimmed with white ribbon or wbite-felt hat trimmed with cerise ribbon. Sh'e wears a gold bangle engraved “ From B. to G.,” and a brooch, set with pearls, with “ Grace ” on it. She may be accompanied by Percy (known as “ Bill”) Guppy, draper and window-dresser, age nineteen, height 5 ft. 10 in., thin build, dark hair and complexion, brown eyes; good looking. If located, she is to be induced to return home. Inquiry by Cora Robinson, 118 Ghuznee Street.
Blenheim. Since the Ist instant, Elizabeth Kak, alias Elizabeth Cox, age forty-six, height sft. sin., charwoman, native of Ireland, stout build, fresh complexion, blue eyep ; dissipated appearance ; fond of drink ; frequents houses occupied by Chinese. Fears are entertained for her safety. Inquiry by her daughter, Mrs. E. Thomas, Opawa Street. •
