PROPERTY RECOVERED.
Te Awamutu.— C. T. KIRKIT AND SONS’ jewellery stolen: All the jewellery, with the exception of the gentleman’s gold ring and the three gold pendants, has been recovered. It had been hidden under the school. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 38.)
Petone.— ARTHUR ERNEST WRIGHT’S bicycle has been found. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 361.)
Hokitika.— HENßY PUMPHREY’S and others’ huts broken into : Fred O’Connor has been arrested for these offences by the Motueka police, and part of the stolen property recovered by the Westport police. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 29.)
Christchurch.— J. S. M. PIKE’S bicycle has been found not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 345.)
Christchurch.- GEORGE McCLATCHIE’S hold-all and overcoats have been found: not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 345.)
Dunedin. JAMES GRAY, watches, &c., stolen : Harold Clifton Newton has been arrested for this offence by the Dunedin police, and all the siolen property recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 345.)
