INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.

England. —lnquiry is requested for Henry Charles Courtenay Carl Bulling, tall, married. He is supposed to have arrived in New Zealand with his family about forty years ago. Inquiry by the Under-Secretary for Internal Affairs on behalf of his neice, Grace Purcer, 10 Cedar Road, Cricklewood, London. (P. 14/1820.)

Wyalong (New South Wales). —A warrant has been issued by the Wyalong Bench for the arrest of James Edward Stribling, charged with wife-desertion. He is about twenty-one years of age, 5 ft. 9 in. high, fair complexion and hair, small fair moustache only, but may now be clean-shaved, and, if so, a scar will be visible on upper lip, hazel eyes, thin face ; dressed in a dark-navy serge suit, greenish-felt hat, and black lace-up boots; a general labourer. His arrest is not desired at present. If located he is to be informed that if he does not make immediate satisfactory arrangements for the support of his wife and child extreme steps may be taken against him, and, a communication is to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Wellington. Melbourne (Victoria).— Bth October, 1914, on warrant for deserting his children, Christopher Whelan, age thirty-two, height 5 ft. 3 in., miner, native of Tasmania, dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes ; fond of drink. He is supposed to be in the Dominion, and his arrest is desired. Complainant, Rose Maud Whelan, Edgar Street, Wonthaggi, Victoria. (P. 14/1459.)

Melbourne (Victoria). — Walter Fox is charged, on warrant, with embezzling £l6, the moneys of his employers, Adamson, Strettle, and Co., Proprietary (Limited),

salesmen, 396 Bourke Street, Melbourne, at Dandenong, on or about the Bth instant. Description : Thirty-five years of age, sft. 6in. high, thin build, fair complexion, light-brown hair, clean-shaven ; generally dresses in a lightcolour sac suit and a light felt hat.
