PROPERTY RECOVERED.
Special Inquiry.— The 9ct. gold band ring, set with a ruby (No. 8), and the gold brooch with an anchor on it (No. 16), have been identified by PERCY ALEXANDER BRUFORD, 31 Rhodes Street, Christchurch, as property stolen from his residence in January last. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 711.) (C.R. 14/191.)
Ohakune. —lSAAC CARTER'S premises broken into: Christopher William Dickson, alias Smith, has been arrested for this offence by the Ohakune police, and the stolen property recovered with the exception of the cash. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 644, and Apprehensions, this issue.)
Dunedin. —WILLIAM G. ALLAN’S missing bicycle has been found : not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 601.)
