ABSCONDERS FROM INDUSTRIAL SCHOOLS.
Napier.— lßth ultimo, from the licensed service of Charles Arthur Hawkins, importer, River Bend Road, Leslie Ogier, age fifteen, height 5 ft., farm boy, supposed native of New Zealand, medium build, red hair and complexion, freckled face, brown eyes, cast in one eye ; supposed dressed in dark Norfolk jacket and long black trousers. He was licensed out from the Weraroa Training Farm.
Christchurch. —3rd instant, from Te Oranga Home, Violet Smith, age seventeen, tall, native of New Zealand, well built, fine appearance, fair hair, rosy cheeks; wearing a Galatea dress.
Christchurch. —3rd instant, from Te Oranga Home, Nellie Edgar, age twenty, medium height, native of New Zealand, medium build, fair complexion, dark eyes, wears her hair up ; wearing a black dress.
