Thames. — Arthur Henry Lane, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Sergeant Black, Dannevirke police, on information supplied by Constable Miles, Thames police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 665.)

New Plymouth.— John Simpson, alias McGomb, alias McGuire, alias Mcßride, failing to obey the terms of his probation, has been located at the Hutt. No further inquiry necessary. (See Police Gazette, 1912, pages 614.)

New Plymouth.— Albert Bartoldy, alias Neilson, alias Westguard, failing to comply with the terms of his release under the Crimes Amendment Act, has been arrested by Constable Lapouple, Waitara police, and fined £4 10s., and his license cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 654.)

Wellington. Albert Hansen, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable Cattanaoh, Pongaroa police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 600.)

Wellington.— Paddy Lington, wanted as witness in case Rex v. Maxwell, has been found, and gave evidence in the case. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 584.)

Greymouth.— Francis Treverrow, failing to provide, has been arrested by Constable Thomassen, Tokomaru Bay police, on information supplied by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 654.)

Christchurch. Arthur Watson, alias Alfred Ernest Smith, theft, has been arrested by Detective Kennedy and Constable McLeod, Christchurch police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 640.)

Christchurch. — Frank O’Donnell, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Detective Connolly, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 654.)

Bingsland.— Cyril Fletcher, inquired for, has been interviewed by Constable McLeod, Bmgsland police, and has communicated with his parents. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 602.)

Lincoln. The following absconders from Burnham Industrial School are not now wanted, as they have been discharged from control of the School: Richard H. Collins (see Police Gazette, 1908, page 273); Bruce F. McLachlan (see Police Gazette, 1910, page 125); Benjamin NcNicholl (see Police Gazette, 1910, page 160) ; John R. Hayes, alias George Woodley (see Police Gazette, 1910, page 160); Clarence S. Tounley (see Police Gazette, 1910, page 169); Thomas A. E. Halford (see Police Gazette, 1910, page 403); William J. Dunedin. George Thomas Buckley, failing to comply with the terms of his release on probation, has paid the amount due, and is no longer wanted. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page 526.)

Dunedin.— John McGrath, alias McSweeney, has been found by Detective Connolly, and his property returned to him. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 630.)

Lumsden.— William Young, theft, has been arrested by Constable MoClinchy, Otautau police, on information supplied by Acting-Detective Carroll, Invercargill police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 654.)

Riverton. — John Hunter, failing to pay expenses incidental to the birth and death of bis illegitimate child, has been arrested by Constable Calwell, Otira police, on information supplied by Sergeant Barrett, Hokitika police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 560.)

Sydney. Fred Cook, deserting H.M.S. “Drake” Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 586.)
