Rewards. Auckland. —Constable D. C. Fraser, No. 787, has been awarded £1 for services in connection with the conviction of John McCann for supplying liquor to Maoris. (11/358.) Auckland. Constable W. Berry, No. 1067, has been awarded £8 for the apprehension of John M. Wylie, a deserter from H.M.S. “ Powerful.” (11/2.) Auckland. —Constable E. M. Johnson, No. 789, has been awarded £8 for the arrest of F. J. Jenkins, a deserter from H.M.S. “Cambrian.” (11/2.) Napier. —Sergeant J. J. Hogan, No. 650, and Detective W. J. Butler, No. 668, have been awarded £1 each for services in connection with the conviction of George Crisp forsupplying Maori women with liquor. (11/402.) Napier. —Constable J. Larmer, No. 938, has been awarded £1 for services in connection with the conviction of William E. Humphries for taking liquor into a Maori pa. (11/401.) Dunedin. —Constable D. M. MacKenzie, No. 756, has been awarded 10s. for services in obtaining the conviction of McGavin and Co. for failing to notify the Clerk of the Court that liquor was sent into a no-lieense district, and 10s. for services in obtaining the conviction of Crofton Umbers for failing to give his name and address when ordering liquor for a no-lioense district. (11/394.) Dunedin. —Constable G. W. Lopdell, No. 988, has been awarded £1 for services in obtaining two convictions against Whittingham Bros, for failing to notify in due time the Clerk of the Court that liquor had been sent into a no-license district. (11/195.) Invercargill. —Detective A. Cameron, No. 794, and Constable E. Phillips, No. 1249, have been awarded £2 each, and Constables G. Scandrett, No. 998, and G. Schruffer, No. 1303, 10s. each, for services in connection with the conviction of Bridget Wallis for sly-grog selling. (11/403.) Invercargill. -Constables G. Scandrett, No. 998, and G. Schruffer, No. 1303, have been awarded 10s. each for services in connection with the conviction of P. F. Monaghan, for declining to give his name when found on slygrog premises. (11/404.)
