DESERTERS FROM HIS MAJESTY’S SERVICE.

From H.M.S. “ Encounter .” On 2nd January, 1911. Sydney. — John Parker, age twenty-five, height 5 ft. 4 in., seaman, native of England, dark-brown hair, hazel eyes, fresh complexion, dot on left iorearm. Herbert Joseph Wheeler, age twenty-five, height sft. in., A. 8., native o£ Ceylon, brown hair, blue eyes, fresh complexion, scar on chin, mole on shoulder.

From H.M.S. “ Pyramus.” On 4th January, 1911. Hobart. — James Patrick Lyons, age twenty-two, height 5 ft. 5f in., native of Ireland, black hair, brown eyes, dark complexion, scar on right knee, cross on left forearm, heart on right forearm. Charles Henry Watkins, age twenty-five, height 5 ft. 9 in., stoker, native of South Australia, dark-brown hair, grey eyes, dark complexion. A reward not exceeding £8 each will be paid for their apprehension.

Melbourne. Frederick Arnesen, age twenty-five, height 5 ft. sfin., stoker, native of Port Chalmers, New Zealand, dark-brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, burnscar on left forearm. Deserted 27th December last. A reward not exceeding £8 will be paid for his apprehension.
