Public Service Glassification and Superannuation Act, 1908, and Am.cndme.nt Act, 1909. —Election of Members of the

Board. \T OTICE is hereby given that an election will be held JLN for the purpose of electing, as members of the Public Service Superannuation Board, two persons from among the number of contributors to the Public Service Superannuation Fund who belong to the Post and Telegraph Department; one person from among the number of contributors to the said fund who belong to the Police Department; and three persons from among the number of contributors to the said fund who belong to other Departments of the public service. And notice is further given that — (1.) The said election will be held on Monday, the 6th day of March, 1911, at the Public Service Superannuation Office, Government Buildings, Wellington. (2.) The poll will be closed at 5 o’clock p.m. (3.) A separate ballot will be taken of the contributors who belong to the Post and Telegraph Department, also a separate ballot of the contributors who belong to the Police Department, and also a separate ballot of the contributors who belong to other Departments of the public service.

(4.) Nominations will be closed on Tuesday, 14th February, 1911, at 5 o’clock p.m., and voting-lists will therefore be closed on that day (see Regulation 41). Dated at Wellington, this 19th day of January, 1911.
