Waimate. —11th ultimo, on warrant for failing to provide for the future maintenance of his unborn illegitimate child, Robert Alister McGillivray, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. 8 in. or 9 in., jfloughman and labourer, native of New Zealand, thin build/ fair fresh complexion, brown curly hair, light-blue eyes, cleah-shaved or may have a small moustache, his two eye-teeth are missing and very noticeable when he is laughing ;• dressed in dark-brown striped sac suit and cap, and will probably be wearing a gold-mounted double-breasted ribbon watch-guard.
