APPREHENSIONS, PERSONS FOUND, ETC.

Auckland.— Charles Woods, default of fine and costs, has been located by Constable D. McGlone, and amount paid to Consiable H. T. Smith, Onenunga police. (See Police Gazette , 1909, page 27.)

£,*«Auckland. — William Lineen, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount clue to Constable J. Cauill, Kawakawa police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 133.)

.vTonsonby (Auckland). — John O’Brien, alias John O’Shea, tneft, has been arrested by Constable- A. McLeoa an l Hiichcock, Taihape police, on another cnarge, and sentenced to one month's imprisonment on above charge of theft. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 235.)

Stratford. —Jesse Candy, default of maintenance: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1906, pages 242 and 259.)

Feilding. Edward Ernest Lawrence, shrepstealing, has surienciered hims If to Sergeant Howden, Feiluing police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 254.)

- Wei lington.— Henry Frederick William Clapperton has been found by Constable Saiheriey at Otaki, where he is employed by James Atkins, farmer, and is now going under the name of Frederick Smith. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 255.)

Dunollie. — Benjamin Manderson : Distress wa-rant executed on him uy t o stable Rods, Huntly police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 226.)

Christchurch.— Ernest E. Needham, forgery and uttering, has been arrested for this offence, and also on charges of theft from the dwelling, by Detective Hunt and Acting Detective J. N. Thomson, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 3.)

Christchurch. — John Trembath, escaping from legal custody, has been arrested by Constable J. J. Hodgson, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 246.)

Dunedin. — Walter Pobar, disobeying an order of the Court, has been arrested by Sergeant Burrows and Constable Carnev, Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 204.)

Invercargill. — John Daley, breach of the Chattels Transfer Act, has been arrested at Rotorua by Constable D. Ryan, Taupo police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 186.) Invercargill. John Joseph Daley, alias John Ross, deserting his children, has been arrested at Rotorua by Constable D. Rvan, Taupo police, and remanded.
