.vTonsonby (Auckland). — John O’Brien, alias John O’Shea, tneft, has been arrested by Constable- A. McLeoa an l Hiichcock, Taihape police, on another cnarge, and sentenced to one month's imprisonment on above charge of theft. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 235.)

- Wei lington.— Henry Frederick William Clapperton has been found by Constable Saiheriey at Otaki, where he is employed by James Atkins, farmer, and is now going under the name of Frederick Smith. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 255.)

Christchurch.— Ernest E. Needham, forgery and uttering, has been arrested for this offence, and also on charges of theft from the dwelling, by Detective Hunt and Acting Detective J. N. Thomson, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 3.)
Christchurch. — John Trembath, escaping from legal custody, has been arrested by Constable J. J. Hodgson, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 246.)
