New South Wades. —A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Solomon Bloustein, charged that on or about the 4th November, 1909, at Sydney, being the bailee of three parcels of opals, the property of John Charles Musgrave and Henry L’Estrange, value £45, did convert the same to his own use. Description : Age about thirty-five, height 5 ft. 9 in., working jeweller, slight build, thin features, Jewish appearance, blotched face, clean-shaved; usually wears black clothes and hard black hat. New South Wales. —lnquiry requested for Cecil Beer, age about twenty-six, height 5 ft. 6 in., engineer or fitter, native of Devonshire, England, medium build, slightly round-shouldered, dark complexion, black hair, moustache only, grey eyes, slightly Roman nose ; wears serge suit and bowler hat. He was employed at the Government Railway Works, Bathurst, and resigned in October, 1907, and when seen in Sydney in July, 1909, expressed his intention of returning to New Zealand, where he is said to have visited in 1907. New South Wales.— A warrant has been issued by the Lithgow Bench for the arrest of Percy Harold Walters, oharged with disobeying a Magisterial order for the support of his wife (£l4 17s. 6d. due). He is thirty-two years of age, 5 ft. 7 in. high, medium build, very fair hair and complexion, fair moustache only, blue eyes, two artificial teeth in front of upper jaw, old scar on back joiut of one forefinger; generally well dressed in a blue-serge sac suit and black hard-felt bat or cap; speaks with an English accent; an ironworker.
