Wellington.— Theft from the PARCEL OFFICE of the GENERAL POST OFFICE : The following stolen cancelled notes have been recovered, £5 notes, Nos. 321396, 498758, 586127, and a £1 note No. G 097210 were received at the Bank of New Zealand, Feilding, on 18th ultimo; a £1 note, No. 8798246, at the Bank of New Zealand, Taihape, on 24th ultimo ; a£l note, No. C 027073, received at the Bank of New Zealand, Wellington - they have been patched similar to those previously recovered.
