PROPERTY RECOVERED.
Coalgate.— THOMAS ALEXANDER STEVENSON has recovered most of his property, and the suspect, Albert Victor Person, arrested for the offence by Constable Rasmussen, Geraldine police. Offender is also charged with theft from a dwelling, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1906, page 31.)
Wellington.— WALTEß WHITING’S watch has been recovered, and Leonard Johnston arrested for the offence by Acting-Detectives Cameron and Rawle, Wellington police, for another offence, and sentenced to one month. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 425.)
Sydney. —JOHN J. EDMONDS'S property has been recovered, except the two sovereigns. (See Police Gazette, 1906, page 83.) (06/462.)
