HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Constable Patrick Carmody to be Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Whangaroa and Kaeo, from the 12th day of September, 1905, vice Constable A. G. Douthett, transferred; and Constable James Beazley to be Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Houhora, from the Ist day of October, 1905, vice Constable W. Seftoh. jas McGowan.
