INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
Sydney. —lnquiry by the German Acting Consul-General as to the whereabouts of Xaver Hundsdorfer, a native of Germany, a butcher. He resided at 28, Argyle Place, Miller’s Point, Sydney, and is said to have left for New Zealand about October, 1903. (04/1994.)
Sydney. —lnquiry requested for a man, name unknown, suspected of having murdered Charles Stapleton, whose body was found near Louth, New South Wales, on the 28th ultimo. Description of suspect : Age forty, height 6 ft., weight 12 sb., a shearer, dark complexion, dark eyes, had a week’s growth of black beard; wore a black coat, brown sergerette trousers silk mixture, a shirt with red stripes, and a brown hat; stated he was going to New Zealand. He has not been seen since the 24th ultimo. (04/2018.)
