Tapanui.—lßth or 19th ultimo, from the trap-shed of JOHN F. PIERBERT, sheep-farmer, Ardmore Station, a buggy-rug, khaki-coloured, waterproof on outside, blue-and-red-tartan squares on inside, a piece of leather and ring on rug, two darns with grey thread on right-hand bottom corner, “ Mosgiel Woollen Factor} 7 ” on corner of rug ; value, £2 10s. Identifiable. The shed is close to the main road and the rug may have been taken by a swagger.
