(Circular No. 28/01.) A book, to be styled “ The Stolen Watch Book,” is now being prepared, and will be issued as soon as finished. One of these books is to be kept at each pawnbroker’s, and particulars of all watches lost or stolen, where the number is known, are to be entered in this book, according to the initial figure of the number, by the police officer who has the matter in hand.
