£75 Reward. —Whereas between the 9th day of July and the 15th day of August, 1901, at Lefroy, in the District of George Town, four copper plates charged with gold, the property of the directors and shareholders of the New Pinafore Gold-mining Company, were stolen —three plates were 5 ft. 5 iu. long by 2 ft. wide, and one was 5 ft. 5 in. long by lft. 9 in. wide; weight, about 20 lh. each; aggregate value, £204 : I am authorised by the Government to offer a reward of £25, in addition to a reward of £SO offered by the directors and shareholders of the said company, for such information as will lead to the conviction of the offender or offenders, and the recovery of the stolen property. In addition to the above reward, His Excellency the Governor will be advised to extend a free pardon to any accomplice, not being the person who actually committed the offence, who shall first give such required information.
