Hobart District.— W. A. Graham is charged on warrant issued on the 24th instant by B. Shaw, Esq., P.M., that he, on the Ist day of April, 1901, at Hobart, unlawfully obtained from Harry Kingston Fysh the sum of £1 by means of false pretences; also, on the 16th April, 1901, at Hobart, the sum of £SB, with intent to cheat and defraud. Description : Age, about seventy years ; height, about 5 ft. 8 in. ; stout build, broken nose, short grey beard. Supposed gone to New Zealand.
