Thomas Loveridge, charged on warrant with fraudulently obtaining a horse from Michael Ryan, at Narrandera. Sold the horse in question to John Galvin, of Jerong Creek, for £5, on the 11th ultimo. Galvin turned the horse out in a paddock the same night, and next morning it was dead.
