Monday, 2nd September. If any of the days above appointed for sittings should be a public holiday, the sittings will commence on the first day after the day so appointed which is not a holiday.

District Courts Criminal Sittings. Criminal sittings of the District Courts have been fixed as follows: — (Vide New Zealand Gazette, 1900, pages 2184 and 2185.) New Plymouth, on the second Wednesday in February, and the third Wednesday in May, August, and November in every year. Hawera, on the first Tuesday in February, May, August, and November in every year. Wanganui, on the third Monday in January, April, July, and October in every year. Palmerston North, on the second Wednesday in March, June, and September, and the first Tuesday in December, in every year. (Vide New Zealand Gazette, 1900, page 2185.) Masterton, on the last Wednesday in March, June, and September, and the second Thursday in December, in every year.
