Further description of offender: About forty years of age, 5 ft. 6 m. high, stout and well built, fair flushed complexion, peculiar expression about eyes, fair hair beard whiskers and moustache; dressed in a serge coat and vest, light-tweed trousers, and hard black-felt hat.
