Sydney. —A warrant has been issued by the Central Police Bench for the arrest of Richard Clarke, charged with child desertion. Description : Forty years of age, 5 ft. 5 in. high, stout build, fair hair and complexion, fair moustache only ; a fireman. He is now said to be employed on a coasting steamer in New Zealand. Complainant, Mrs. S. Coombes, No. 22, Engine Street.
