Auckland. —Patrick Nolan ,is charged on warrant of apprehension deserting his two children under the age ojf fomtfc<pi years since the 12th ultimo. parentage, forty years of age, sft. Sni/hig//*welr built, fair moustache, shaves on cheeks, usullly grows a light-coloured goatee, dark curly hair, grey jfyes, small piece out of the lobe of left ear, Roman nose, fond of drink, and very talkative. He is supposed to have gone to Coromandel.

Auckland. Thomas Garlick is charged on warrant of apprehension with disobeying an order of Court made on the Bth to day' ss. a week towards the maintenance cftfpach, qy his tjnree children. Bin. high, small features, long fair moustache. Offender lefehis employment at Ohingaiti soon after being summoned, and was seen in Wellington on the 2nd ultimo. He was then dressed in a black sac coat and vest, grey-tweed trousers, and soft black hat.

He is supposed to have gone to Dunedin, where bis brother works at Wy Kee’s, Walker Street; or may visit Hokitika, where he kept a store some years ago, and has money owing to him.
