Mungindi. —J. D. McVay is charged, on warrant issued by the Mungindi Bench, with having fraudulently appropriated £33 10s. 9d., the funds of the Mungindi Jockey Club. Description : About thirty years of age, sft. 9in. high, medium build, brown moustache (otherwise clean-shaved). Left St. George by coach on the 3rd instant for Yeulba, and will probably take boat for Melbourne or New Zealand.—o. 017. 22nd April, 1895.
