Native Licensing District abolished.

ONSLOW, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of August, 1891. Present: His Excellency tiie Governor in Council. WHEREAS by the seventeenth section of “ The Licensing Act, 1881,” it is enacted that the Governor, by Order in Council, may from time to time alter the limits of any Native licensing districts or abolish the same : And whereas it is expedient to abolish the Native Licensing District of Kirikiri:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, in pursuance and exercise of all powers enabling him in this behalf, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of New Zealand, doth hereby abolish, from and after the twenty-seventh day of August instant, the said Native Licensing District of Kirikiri. Inspector of Weights and Measures appointed, Ashburton.
