The attention of officers of police is requested to the provisions of the Act of Parliament 54 Viet., No. 12, sections 4 and 5, under which tho official designation of the permanent head of this department is now “The Commissioner of Police,’ instead of “Inspector” as heretofore.— Bernard Shaw, Commissioner of Police.
