an Inspector of Weights and Measures, under “ The Weights and Measures Act, 1868,” and the Acts amending the same, for the Counties of Ashley and Selwyn, and for the Boroughs of Christchurch, Sydenham, St. Albans, Lyttelton, Kaiapoi, and Rangiora; and also to appoint Sergeant Thomas Livingstone an Inspector of Weights and Measures, under the said Acts, for the District of Timaru and for the County of Ashburton and Borough of Ashburton.
