Incendiarism.
Between 11 p.m. on the Ist and 12.30 a.m. on the 2nd instant, at Welshman’s Gully, Waikaia, a six-roomed cottage, the property of William Sang, was maliciously set on fire during the owner’s absence, and was with contents destroyed. The cottage and contents were valued for about £lO5. The cotttage was insured in the Union Office for £25.
