Inquiky is requested for Rohert Lambert and William Lambert, brothers. Robert served as a constable in the Victoria Police Force, and was discharged at Carlsruhe on the 15th April, 1861. William was in the P. and O. service, but left it to join his brother in Australia. Any information regarding either of them would be thankfully received by their brother, James Lambert, M.1.0.E., Engineer-in-Chief for Railways, India.—O. 2784, stli May, 1886. [Robert Lambert joined the Otago Police Force in 1861 or 1862, and left the force in 1865 or 1866. He may be found in Dunedin.']
